Edinburgh Law Seminars, presented in association with Edinburgh Law School, have been delivering high quality CPD seminars for over 30 years.
Traditionally our seminars have been delivered face to face to audiences throughout Scotland and by video linkup to our remote audiences. During the pandemic we have adapted to deliver our seminars via Zoom Webinar and provide the same high quality seminars and materials in a safe and convenient way.
Edinburgh Law Seminars Limited is a wholly-owned trading subsidiary of the Edinburgh Legal Education Trust (ELET), the charity to which the profits from the seminars are paid.
ELET is a charity established by academics within the University of Edinburgh’s Law School dedicated to supporting legal education in Scotland, particularly in relation to Scots Law. The charity has supported a number of students to complete doctorates on important practical subjects; supports the publication of contemporary and historic Scottish legal texts; sponsors academic conferences; purchases books and other materials for Edinburgh University Law Library; and supports legal education and research in a variety of other ways.
