Our Contract Law Update provides a comprehensive review of all important developments in the law of contract over the last year. The presenters, Laura Macgregor and Lorna Richardson are experts in their field and combine academic depth with practical insights.
 

The seminar covers: 

• All major Scottish decisions in 2025/26, at all levels of the Scottish courts; 

• Significant English cases in 2025/26 having or likely to have an impact on Scots law;

All aspects of the law of contract are considered, including formation, interpretation, implication of terms and remedies for breach of contract. Developments are placed in context, so that trends or new directions in the law can be identified.
